This was the first time I have tried on dresses and had travelled from Auckland.  Donna was absolutely amazing from start to finish—so warm, welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find my perfect dress. She made the whole experience feel so special and stress-free, and her knowledge and attention to detail were incredible. The store itself is gorgeous, with a beautiful selection of dresses and an isle with a mirror at the end so you can see how your dress would look when you walk.  Donna’s personal service made all the difference. I felt truly looked after and listened to throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend Donna and her bridal store highly enough. If you’re looking for your dream wedding dress and a truly lovely experience, definitely go and see Donna!

Beautifully decorated and smelled amazing without being overpowering. I am a bigger girly and usually get uncomfortable shopping. The staff make you feel amazing, listen without judgement and.... I said yes to the dress. 100% recommend this amazing team, they are all about making you feel stunning, not just trying to push the most expensive dress.

I never envisioned myself getting married let alone wearing a wedding dress so this task was very daunting to me and being a bigger person it made me even more nervous I wouldn’t find something I love. I did not know what I wanted and I just wanted to feel beautiful and I can’t say thank you enough as I didn’t feel anxious at all as Donna and Courtney made it such a beautiful and fun experience and didn’t make me feel excluded just because I was plus size. Donna is also the most generous and kind hearted person and I’ll always remember what she did for me so I could have my dream dress. Don’t hestitate and book with them as you won’t regret it. X
